The predictions are made the evening before the race, generally between 20:00 and 21:00 (Amsterdam timezone). Win probabilities are derived from a combination of rider strength, route profile, and current form. That&#8217;s all very standard for this type of model but I added a few ingredients that should make the model a little different.<\/p>\n<p>Since I take an interest in prediction, I also track the predictions from other forecasters, specifically <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cyclingoracle.com\">Wielerorakel<\/a> and the bookmaker Unibet. I track our performances in the scoreboard at the bottom of the page.
